Recover Deleted Folder?

I've just stupidly deleted a folder with about 4 planned routes in it. Is there a way to recover it? Not the end of the world but would be good to know if possible for when I do it again. Thanks.

@Steve-25 I’m sorry to say that the answer is no Once it’s gone it’s gone. This is why there’s a pop-up asking if you’re sure.

There is a discussion in another thread on a suggestion for some kind of backup facility. But I think these "stupid" actions will ever be the most likely reason for wanting such a backup. I think it would be really great to have a waste basket from which deleted things are recoverable until they get emptied automatically after say 30 days. I'll post that under suggestions.
