Route will not open in app

I have a route that will open reliably in the website but when I try to open it in the app (either on my iPhone or iPad) it shows this error: "Something went wrong". See screen shot. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling but get the same error immediately. Using IOS 16.6 on an iPhone 12 Pro Max, and iPad OS 17.1 on iPad Pro.

Do you happen to have DuckDuckGo browser installed and the App Tracking Protection on? See my findings after having the same issue. https://forum.myrouteapp.com/topic/5554/app-issue-resolved-and-android-auto-observations

Using IOS 16.6 on an iPhone 12 Pro Max, and iPad OS 17.1 on iPad Pro.  @David-Woodhead sharing a link to the route (make sure it is set to public) would be step one to resolving the issue  Given the title of the route in your screenshot, I suspect the route is very, very long  Splitting in individual day trips is highly recommend for actual navigation. I had the same with my 13Days Norway trip, the all in one Route opens on WEB, but not in the App. I also lead that back to the size or length, but was not important for me to have a multi-day Route.
