    Do you have a screenshot?
    Usually the recorded track should be behind you, the blue in driving direction, or you drive again an already recorded track.

    that is only the case when you drive a single route from A to B. As soon as you do multiple A-B navigation you may take the same road several times leading to track hiding the route

    It is not difficult, it is easy, it's a hobby

      Hi @Drabslab. I would imagine that in most cases, the yellow tracklog line would be behind the route line so your experience on Saturday would not be encountered very often, but you do make a very good point. I agree that the yellow tracklog line should be underneath the blue route line. There is the choice in Navigation settings > Screen layout to turn off the tracklog line but I prefer your request.

      Always willing to help if I can.

        @Nick-Carthew

        Hai Nick, last saturday I used Next in a completely different way than usual and to drive almost randomly through an area. Destinations were picked at the spurr of the moment trying to find interesting place to visit with a group.

        First ambition was to quickly visit potentially interesting churches, war memorials, breweries, musea ... and to prepare a roadtrip on something else but pictures on the internet. (and have some fun driving around 🙂 )

        In general, it worked quite well but it also showed this small shortcoming, and it demonstrated that the point of interest/favorites feature could use a serious update.

        Yep, but i wanted to see the tracklog while riding, and my request does not exclude maintining to option to turn it off 🙂

          @Drabslab Interesting that you mention churches before breweries 😁

          I can only fully agree with your request and I would even go further by asking for a slightly less visible tracklog line, maybe a little thinner so that it doesn't draw your eye away from your position indicator and the route ahead.

              I just turn the tracklog line off - very curious what the developers will do about this ugly line. Oh wait, would that be me? 😛

                Very easy when you have a swanky bar button controller 😁

                Seriously though, I do think that a thinner and therefore less prominent tracklog line would be nice 😊

                      in the use case i scetched earlier, you want the track recording to be on all the time because it is very helpfull during, and after the trip when finally makign the route for the group. 🙂
