Terrain map not visible?

When I try to switch between maps all is wll until I go to the terrain map. This one will not display. Just a gray bacjground with the route.
Any suggestions somebody?

Nit only the Here 'terrain" map but 'hybrid' and 'satellite' also.

En inderdaad, de satteliet en hybrid kaarten van HERE zijn ook niet beschikbaar...

HERE standard map loads partially...

After refreshing the screen some other blocks won't show.

HERE terrain / satellite / hybrid maps are visible as expected.
I am looking into the loading issues right now. We are experiencing quite some visitors at this point. Trying to add some more capacity!

@Corjan-Meijerink it's not fixed when I look at it now. The TomTom map also seems to be flaky, especially when zooming first in, then out a single level.

@Herko-ter-Horst weird... no lag in zooming in or out over here with any map (10:12pm).

Edit 10:35pm: it becomes weirder... I started a complete new session in Firefox and then zoom in to the max. The screen builds up pretty quick. Zooming out again and I experience lag in building the map. So @Herko-ter-Horst do has a point!
