I can create a route on myrouteapp with no problem, but when I transfer it in the standard way exactly as demonstrated by your video, my satnav acknowledges it has received "new data" but when I select ok, the satnav then advises "no data found".
I have created over the years several routes, but just lately it is not transferring to my Garmin?

Some questions and suggestions:
Which Zumo do you have?
Is your ZUMO upToDate, maps and software.
Do you have the latest version of the connector? (Windows 49.msi & Mac 24.pkg)
Which file are you transferring? (gpx.....)
Share your route, so we can see if it might be the route.
