Hello all and sorry for the delay, I was on vacation. We put a little over 2200 miles on in a week. I used MRA all week long and I give it a 90% on performance. I use my phone for the GPS, and yes I place the route points myself. I Like MRA because it allows me to ride the roads I want to take. I have a Garmin in my truck, and my gf has an Iphone. Neither one of these devices show me 10-15 miles away from my home. Also when I use my phone with Google maps it shows me at my home. It only seems to be the MRA app, not sure why. I have also noticed on vacation (we used off line maps due to service issues in the mountains) the arrow strays off the map a lot! When we were on the backroads it did pretty good and kept us on track, in the mountains...WHOO! that thing was all over the place and not giving us accurate directions. I did notice if I use the plus and minus button and scrolled out on the screen it seemed to lock on a little better, but still not great. This could also be a altitude issue? We were high in the Smokie Mountains. I would like to see a feature where if your using off line maps the arrow defaults and sticks to the pre programed route (like my Garmin does).

I had already complained about this issue before, as I am used to other apps where you can search for a point/address without having to add it to the route straight away or first have to laboriously turn it into a POI, which is actually undesirable. Brian's answer showed me the way to the solution. I activated the ‘Ask for waypoint name’ and ‘Place waypoint button’ options. Now, when I search for a point, it is displayed on the map and a window appears at the top for naming this point as a waypoint. I click it away and now have the point I was looking for in front of me without it being added to the route. The ‘Place waypoint button’ option displays a destination marker. If, after checking, I do want to add it to the route, I simply click on the Place waypoint button, the above-mentioned window reappears and I can name it and add it to the route. For me, this is a really good way to do it.

[image: 1753269557528-immagine-2025-07-23-131841-resized.jpg] OK, the library, but like in this case, there are two routes found in the library, but in reality there are many other routes in the area. Especially if you're looking at areas you're unfamiliar with, it becomes difficult to even find them. How do I find them? Wouldn't it be helpful to have a tooltip that gives me the name when I hover over the track (like it does when I click on the number because there are multiple routes in the area)?

@Tom-Balmer The overview in the Waypoints list is not enough. As well as the routes information [image: 1752468535484-img_2517.png] [image: 1752468734404-img_2518.png] To be found on the left in the menu under the three lines or on the mobile phone below under Route details [image: 1752468902897-img_2519.jpeg]

Hi @Robert-Lamont Yes you can do as @Nick-Carthew suggests & this will allow you to join a few days together It does however have the very annoying feature that there is a completely useless freaking limit of 200 points allowed in any one route  So it is okay if you want to combine just 2 or 3 days with 60 or 70 points each If your after combining more days than that or they contain a lot more points then you're out of luck with this method When you add additional days it throws away a bunch of existing points so your route no longer follows the path in the original files What you can do if your after a nice graphical depiction of your whole tour is use the Add Routes feature in the web planner to create overviews like this [image: 1751828109004-8baee24c-edd6-45f3-93d7-0573ecb96867-image.png] Just create a new route & call it something like Overview Route - it needs to contain only one waypoint or at least one Point of Interest only so that it will be stored/saved as a functioning route on the MRA server Then just add each day via the Add Route feature & you end up withan overview like above [image: 1751828224479-9ae3382f-f66f-4c0e-8d98-602de6a75434-image.png]

I agree as well! Incidentally, 2FA is also no longer up to date. I like to wait until passkeys are so well established that they can be implemented by Corjan without any problems. I'm happy to wait for that and use a decent password, and a unique one. You can expect that from every user today, and anyone who doesn't do that doesn't deserve 2FA. RT

@Jim-O-Dowd about #1: I don't have an idea - may refresh the page... about #2: click on a route point, you want to copy - a detail window pops up about this route point. There you can see - and copy - the coordinates of it. Then enter the copied coordinates in the search field (on top of the map view) and click "enter". The search algorithm will resolve the coordinates into a real address and will suggest it. Click on suggestion and you will get a new route point in your route. To enter favorites into a route: open a route, select "favorites" in left menue, scroll to your favorite and click on it. A selection menu pops up and you must click on the "+" icon. This will enter the selected favorite as route point into your route.

@Jim-O-Dowd said in How can friends view my routes?: Partial success! I figured out how to create folders and have assigned all the applicable trip files to one folder. I can see my friend's name in the left pane, but nothing happens when I click on it. How does he view these routes? I sent the folder privacy to friends. Does your friend see your name in his list of friends? If not, then he may still need to complete/approve your friendship request.
