Hi @Ron-Z I understand your idea, but there are - at last from my experience and point of view - 2 reasons to not change from HERE to something else: My personal experiences are, that every single map provider have very good and accurate areas in their maps and very bad areas. When I used 3 navigation systems in parallel (that was when I was testing if MRA is the way to go for me, or not) HERE had bad data and TomTom had bad data. Seldom in the same area, but overall there have been no real winner. HERE is not only map data, but also comes with an API and a development framework. If you want to change the map data, you also would have to rewrite a lot of your application code, which doesn't make sense for me, when you read my short report about map data being better or worse Greetings Thomas

@Pieter-Brouwer, de reden hiervoor is dat hits uit de zoekfunctie al visueel zichtbaar zijn op de kaart, en je ze daar ook kunt selecteren. Maar het klopt wel dat deze overlapping niet heel handig is.

@Nee-pierre It would also be useful to be able to customise and change the sound of the speed camera warning.

@Next-Stop said in Different Default Maps for Routeplanner and Navigation: I feel like it would be a good option to be able to set these independently Yes, using the webplanner they are independant, but the app-planner uses the same map-style as the navigation mode indeed. I do not much planning on the device I use for navigating, so it is not a real problem for myself, but I agree with you that it is logical to have seperate map-style settings for the planner and the navigator.

Good morning, what the friend is asking is not to be underestimated by sending the problem to Apple or Google, it is something that I find very useful in the car, where I do not use CarPlay, but that I miss a lot, especially, on a motorbike.

@Robert-Randall said in MRA Navigation: Show Route AND Track simultaneously: IF you could navigate the track and get alerts approaching waypoint it would be MUCH better. You might want to try this: Plan a route with the MRA Webplanner and use any routing engine that best fits your needs (HERE, OSM, TomTom). Set "Navigate routes as tracks" in the MRA NN app, then open the route and start navigation. You will see the original planned route as a white line and the automatically calculated route as a blue line. All your VIA points will show up (or all shaping points as well if you enable "Use all waypoints").

Don't get your hopes up too high now We still need to make it. Yes, managing tracklog directly from CP / AA is also something we wish to implement. Won't be a button on screen as well....there are limitations

@ATLast POIs are provide by Hear as part of the map data. If it's not in Hear then the app/web planner can't display it. You would have to create a document to upload your own POIs.

@Bryn-Thomas The temperature issue has been resolved resulting is way less battery usage on most devices. That said, there are still quite a lot of devices with an undesirable high amount of battery usage. This mostly is on high end devices. I am working a lot of HERE to get the issue resolved. I do expect improvements early next year but unfortunately it's not up to me
