Received a response in 2 days plus a receipt message for the original email. They said they had nothing on the support end from my previous email. Worth forwarding your message to the email above if that was not the one used.

hi guys, connected iPhone 12 to Honda motorcycle NT 1100, which has the same strumentation as Honda Africa Twin and the screen goes black. tried unplugging and plugging back in and out of the app, always black screen. I posted the video on the FB group. Good work

Maar ik begreep van Joost (die van JaxeADV dus) dat je ook al een klein idee hebt van waar het in zou kunnen zitten 😉 Dat groene kader heb ik echter nog niet gemerkt.

@EdwinM-M That's indeed correct! We already have the ambition to change this menu in a way that is stays open 😃

@richtea-0 3.2.4 for Android isn’t the Beta so that’s why it doesn’t work. Make sure you’ve also signed up for the Android Beta testing program and that you’ve followed the relevant instructions using the correct Google / Android account.

@Herko-ter-Horst yes we are “to the left” so in the left hand lane exiting the roundabout as per instruction on the right in my picture, but its the actual direction of travel that’s incorrect as it’s straight on at the round about not a left turn like on the left of my picture. I didn’t have voice guidance on so not sure if that was correct.
