      Been using the app fine until today yes it's the new version , first of all kept saying no internet connection yet I'm connected to my home wifi so deleted and re installed the app now it's not letting me log in . Where do I go for help please

          @superg Hi it's a Apple phone I've switched it of left for 5 mins and rebooted phone now working thanks 👍🏻

            @Andrew-Vaughan For next time, flicking to airplane mode and back again 5-10 seconds later is a good way to force the phone comms to do a quick reset, if you don't want to completely power down and up again, and save a bit of time.

              I also noticed a few times, that immediately after an update there can be some problems. I am not sure, but it could have to do with updating an already running app. I make it a habit to force close the app from the Android System menu after an update, that seems to help.
