New update! (4.2.0) In-app MRA Routeplanner

@Brian-McG said in New update! (4.2.0) In-app MRA Routeplanner:
I hope that along with map layers they are able to include the comparison of routes between the different routing algorithms, Here, TomTom & OPenStreetMap
I am afraid I can disappoint you by proxy of the devs for this feature...
Reason for this is that, unlike the web-planner, the app-planner is build within the HERE SDK, and they don't offer facilities to compare with other map providers as you will probably understand . The web-planner, in contrast to this, does not use the HERE SDK, but an API to the routing service. Clever devs combined multiple such API's from different map providers into one webbased program of their own.In short, the basis on which the app-planner is build does not allow combination of multiple map providers.

I just found the roadmap to V2.0 and summed up the month until finish ... roughly 19 months from now ... can I raise a request for a time warp please? Can't wait to see all the glory

@Corjan-Meijerink Can the automatic recalculation be switched off?
Whenever you created a nice route, you don't want this route to be altered.
I'm not talking about traffic based recalculation, just recalculation without even needed .....Using the navigation with this version is giving me trouble all the way.

@Benny-Van-de-Velde The only way automatic recalculation might mess up your routes is when waypoints would be skipped automatically without reason. This can be turned off entirely
Deactivating recalculations completely cannot be turned off.
