Phone Still Overhearing

    I’m just bring this up again as I’m not aware of a fix that has been put in place. I continually get requests to upgrade or unlock further functionality but I will not be doing this or recommending MyRoute App until it is. The problem is associated with my phone overheating whilst in navigation mode. Clearly the module is no use of it fries your device..! Could I ask again, what is being done and when can your community expect a robust solution to what is a catastrophic failure of your product. Thank you in advance for your reply.

      @Stephen-u You haven't missed anything yet. This issue is still under investigation by the map provider Here. It needs to be resolved on their end (according to an earlier explanation by @Corjan-Meijerink ).

      BMW K1600GT-P (2013) with BMW Navigator | Nolan N100-5 with Sena 30K

        I disagree, he missed an awful lot like for instance all the many conversations on this forum and all the answers of Corjan related to this problem.

        I may have a bad day but entering a first post on this forum using bombastic language like "catastrophic failure of your product" and claiming to speak for "the community" is just pathetic.

          @Drabslab, I am sure @Rob-Verhoeff meant that he did not miss a fix... πŸ˜‰ For the rest I agree, but would have put it a bit more mildly. I am no softie in communication myself (as some may agree πŸ˜‰ ) but that usually takes more than one post 🀣

          I am just an enthusiastic MRA user, and hope you will be one too!

          Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebar to the saddle.

              Thank you for the feedback. Just for the record, this was not my first post. Again, for the record. In any walk of life, if you pay for a service you should rightfully expect to get the service offered. If it is not correct, it is normal to point this out to the supplier and work with them to fix things. I’ve done that with no solution apparent. Discussion on the forum regarding the problem is not new, I have read the threads. It’s just about action for me. You can talk all you want but without getting to action it’s all just words and good intent. Sorry if members feel I’m not sending my messages in an appropriate way or tone, that is not my intent.

                  Thank you for the feedback. Just for the record, this was not my first post. Again, for the record.
