-
impossible de faire fonctionner la navigation hors ligne vers un POI.
1-Phone in airplane mode
2-select POI ok
3-Navigate...impossibledoes this work for anyone? I couldn't get it to work
-
@Calibos Silly question: but do you have the offline map for your region installed?
-
@StefanHummelink
yes all the cards are up to date and installed for europe -
Maybe you should also activate the "ofline navigation" switch in the Functional - Navigation settings?
-
@Arno-0 I tried with and without it's the same thing
-
does this work for you?
-
@Calibos I have no problems and it works on both my Android and iOS smartphones.
-
@Calibos works for me, both offline and online with no Internet. Android and next v 4.0.2 202
-
@Calibos By the way, do you use the latest 4.0.2 version which is build 202?
-
yes last version too, I have to retest tomorrow
-
@Calibos Airplane mode may also disable the Gps, thus no way to route somewhere.
Try turning off wifi and datas only, and try again
-
@ATLast airplane mode does not disable location services. I was driving a route today. My phone overheated and shut down all apps. After it cooled down and I tried to restart the route it failed. I eventually had to enable offline to get the route planned for navigation. Yesterday I was testing on my tablet and thought it worked with offline enabled or not. Today I confirmed that is not correct. For a downloaded route and no Internet offline must be enabled. However, it appears that navigating o a favourite does not need to be offline.

Good that's it I found the reason for my problem. I installed the application on my smartphone and on my tablet for motorcycle navigation but I only downloaded the offline maps for the tablet which it has an SD card to hold the maps.
so I tested this morning with the tablet and there miracle it works too wel!!
Great feature.
Kudos to the developers
