Stuck on "account" screen in MyRoute-app

I've installed the new MyRoute-app on my iPhone 12 mini with iOS 16.5.
When I want to log in, I get stuck on the "Account" screen.
I can go to the myrouteapp.com via the right icon and I'm logged in there, but when I go to the app, I just see the account screen... I can't go back, but I can't log in either...

@Alex-Van-Vlerken Try uninstalling and then re-installing the app.

I already tried that (and just tried it again to be sure...) I even restarted my iPhone.
No effect.
When I tried to log in, I got stuck on the account-screen again.I also tried to open the MyRoute-app via the option in the Route Planner (icon in the top right corner).
No success, however. I arrived at the "Account" screen and couldn't do anything.

I have the same here on an Android phone.
None of the buttons help. Reinstal, restart phone nothing -
@Hans-Mester, I would try clearing cache en data from the Android App settings. What kind of device to you have?

Exactly the same for me but on Android.
I get locked into the Account Page.I can open the App sometimes but this is what I see.
And proof that I should have access.

This worked for you throughout the Beta test phase, didn't it? -
Actually I never once had an issue with the previous app so I never had to clear cache or anything like that.
I am pretty sure that the fault lies with me and I did something wrong when getting V4.0. For Android.Once I go to the Account Page I am locked into it and the only thing I can do is close it.

I've the same problem with my Android phone.
I clearing cache and data from the Android App setting.
Reinstall the app several times but nothing help.

Can confirm this issue will be fixed in the first update that will be released very soon this week!

I don't think you can do anything wrong to cause this. Don't blame yourself

@Con-Hennekens I have MI10lite 5G, have done that already but nothing. I have for all the apps a lifetime licence.

@Con-Hennekens Ik heb ook lifetime licencie voor beide programma's maar komt ook met de vraag om licentie te kopen, maar dat komt denk ik omdat de inlog niet goed verloopt

@Corjan-Meijerink I installed version 4.0.1 on My IPhone and can no longer log in. Previously had no problems. Uninstalled The version and put The version 4.0.0 on it. Now here also the same problem.

@TerWalle @Corjan-Meijerink same problem with me on iOS. After the log in screen, I then receive another screen saying that there is a problem with a sign out option. I can access my routes and edit them but have no account or settings options.
