Welcome Tester!
If your application for the Android Beta of MRA Navigation Next has been approved, you can get started with the instructions below. Do the check below one more time:
-
Have you signed up for the Android Beta?
Please take a good look at the e-mail you received from us. Android should be listed under the 'test platform'. Is this correct?
Yes, go to the next question.
No, send an email to support@myrouteapp.com and indicate your Android email address so that we can add you. -
Has your spot been released?
You should have received an email from us entitled “Access ticket MRA Navigation Next Beta”. Is this so?
Yes, nice! You can participate.
No, your spot has not been released yet. We add new users to the test environment every two weeks.
Answered yes to all of the above? Then you can continue with the following instructions.
️Make sure you have read the above questions carefully to avoid confusion.️Please note: MyRoute-app is developing MRA Navigation Next as part of our one app vision. That means that the Beta of MRA Navigation Next will be held through the well-known “MyRoute-app Mobile” app.
How to participate in the Beta:
- Go to https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.cloudmax.myrouteapp ;
- Follow the instructions on the test page;
- Do you see an error message? Then the Android email address you registered is incorrect. In this case, please contact support@myrouteapp.com and provide the correct email address;
- Search the Play Store for “ MyRoute-app Mobile ” or go to https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cloudmax.myrouteapp . Here you should now see that you are a tester. Wait a minute. Google always takes a little time to process these requests. Here you can install the latest Beta;
- Finished!
Have fun testing!
️Conditions for testers
From this moment you can participate in the beta version. When the Beta ends you will also receive an email from us about the best way to deactivate it. To make good use of the Beta, here are some rules to keep in mind:Questions, problems and suggestions
As a tester you may want to make the most of your opportunities to influence the development of MRA Navigation Next. Which can. You do this by starting discussions and participating in ongoing discussions on the MRA Navigation Next Forum . The MRA team actively watches, writes and reads along.Note: fragile!
A Beta is an 'early version' of the final product. This means that not all functionalities may be available yet, the experience varies from version to version and problems may arise during use. Problems, bugs and suggestions are therefore not dealt with via support, but via the forum .I don't want to be a beta tester anymore.
- Go to https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.cloudmax.myrouteapp ;
- Unsubscribe from the test program;
- Wait a minute. Google always takes a moment to figure this out;
- uninstall the app from your phone;
- Search the Play Store for “ MyRoute-app Mobile ” or go to https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cloudmax.myrouteapp . Here you should now see that you are no longer a tester. Here you can also download the normal version of MyRoute-app Mobile again;
- Finished!
Help! I can't access the Beta.
Are you unable to participate in the Beta with the above instructions and have you checked whether you have access? Don't worry, you can send us an email at support@myrouteapp.com . Then we will help you on your way again. -

Do I wait before I install the app, Do I install then wait to open it, you say to wait a minute, how do I now I have waited long enough, and which part.
-
@Paul-Foster
OK, I waited before installing, and I have the next beta. -
I did install the version 3.2.4 Beta and made my first steps/trials with this App. Now I read in the forum that a new version 3.2.5 Beta is available, but i can´t update my installation and searching in the Google PlayStore shows 3.2.4 Beta as the actual version?
Is 3.2.5 for Android not yet available or what is my fault? -
-
-
@Werner-Dahlke Is there a solution to the problem in the meantime? I am also a registered beta user but since version 3.2.4 I don't get any updates via PlayStore. What do I have to do to get the latest beta versions?

But the version is 3.2.4 from 15 december 2022. Guess there is something wrong? -
@Bart-18 I just processed all the new registrations, you should have received an email with instructions this morning.
-
Hello!
I also have version 3.2.4. what can be there
-
Hello again!
I have 2 accounts on my Android. Once my main address and once the email address where I am registered with mra.
-
@AMGT, you need to provide your main google-account address to MRA, that can be different from the address with which you are registered to MRA. These things require a support ticket to be opened.
-
I have done
-
@AMGT if you have issues, contact support@myrouteapp.com
-
I've already sent an email but haven't gotten a reply yet

@Nick-Carthew I guess I'm not alone. My beta version is the same: 3.2.4
That's the version on playstore. [link text](link url) -

That's the version on playstore.Actually that is not the current version on the playstore.
Let's say you are trying out a new app, you may have an option at top right to "install"for me, yesterday that option said "UPDATE"
This assumes that in the Play Store you enter to the search box "myroute-app mobile"
Other apps will show at top of result due to paid positioning, ignore them of course and select Myroute-app mobile. Select update.
Also you can see a section in the playstore describing "whats new" and right now that is showing a date of June 5, 2023 for what's new description. It also says the current version is 3.2.16
To see what is currently installed on your cell phone, you can open the app, touch the upper left hamburger menu (3 bars) then in the next page touch the upper right icon that opens your account. Scroll to the bottom of that account page it will show the version number, mine after update says 3.2.16-180

Are we testing MyRoute.app mobile or MRA Navigation? I'm somewhat confused as some posts refer to Navigation and others to mobile. I have the MRA app mobile which when linked to Android auto is pretty basic and MRA Nav which doesn't work with Android Auto. I thought the Nav version was being developed to work with AA.
