But the result is not a track anymore I interpreted the question as for on the move, or underway, but i might have been presumptuous with that. But if @oneloosenut has the time and patience to convert the track to a route, your suggested method is perfectly fine.

Just straight fixed North Up is all I want, just like my XT. Setting North Up works until I zoom in/out, then having to re-select North Up is a distraction and a danger if you ask me.

@Corjan-Meijerink. Yes but what I am trying to say is that N indication (understandably) moves and I have to think about which direction I am moving. The first suggestion gives reference marks to make easier/quicker to understand which direction I am travelling, particularly if I am heading SE or SW. The second suggestion is an alternative way to quickly see direction of travel. Something similar to this without the middle detail. I can see clearly my direction of travel without having to think and can see my change relative to North: [image: 1778694312178-img_0948.jpeg] Just used to using a physical compass that allows me to picture this orientation quickly without having to look too hard. Hope I have made myself a little clearer.

Bluetooth controllers won’t be used for CP / AA. They only work in our app. Main reason is the controller won’t function at all when the app isn’t opened on the phone itself. Besides that, CP / AA have quite some restrictions. Therefore there are also controllers specifically for CP / AA

No, the only way, to prevent being sent back is to manually skip the waypoint. If you do not do that, it will skip it automatically after a few recalculations.
