Hello,
thank you for the opportunity to take part in the test.
My test environment MRA Navigation Next (Beta 3.2.4 - 143) - Iphone 11 (IOS 16.1.2) - Voice output via radio (Bluetooth) - Carplay WLAN
During my first test I noticed the following:
-
Voice Prompt
- is cut off at the end
- hides the radio correctly, but does not show it again after the announcement

Direction indicator (motorway)
- "Nehmen Sie d…" is illegible (see image 1)
- Announcement follow ... is not displayed - despite several exits before departure (see image 2)

Skipping a waypoint
You did well. The selection "Bestätigen" or via the "Symbol" is in my opinion a little bit small and double. Possibly a back button (jump back one waypoint) would also be useful. Especially when implementing the ability to skip multiple waypoints. The setting "über Start navigieren" is also missing. -
Speed Warning
The warning is very sensitive. An adjustable tolerance - 5 km/h in town / 10 km outside town - would make sense for me. Nor does a warning need to be repeated every few seconds.
Maybe my comments will help with the development.

1: Voice guidance will be improved! Other testers have encountered the same behaviour as you.
2: Translations need some improvement. We mainly use Dutch / English versions of the app so any language specific issues (such as this) are valuable
3: Great suggestion!
4: This would indeed be a good change, it indeed is quite sensitive now.Thanks again for your feedback. We will use it as input for the development!

@Evert-Jan-0 Hoi Evert-Jan, het is normaal gesproken onverstandig om je e-mailadres te posten op een openbaar forum. Je verhoogt hiermee het risico op spam enorm. Nu is het Beta MRA Navigation Next deel volgens mij niet (geheel) openbaar, maar het is waarschijnlijk toch handig om het weg te halen en het alleen te communiceren als je via een support ticket contact zoekt met de mensen van MRA.

Drie dagen geleden heb ik een MRA Navigation Next (beta) life time gekocht. De aanschaf is bevestigd. Echter ik heb geen email ontvangen met verdere instructies.
Graag hulp. Zaterdag zou ik de navigatie willen gebruiken op een lange motorrit.

Hi all, I've just signed up for the Beta test, and have received my email confirmation of approval, I'm just awaiting the invitation link from TestFlight before I can download the Beta version.
Question,
- do I need to un-install the legacy version of MRA or MRA Navigation (or both?) before I install the beta from TestFlight?

@Frappawotsit if you just signed up you will receive a testflight invite somewhere next week. To answer your question: no, that’s not needed. MRA Navigation is completely separate. The Mobile app (which has the Next Beta) will be updated by Testflight automatically once you have access

Any idea how long the email takes for TestFlight? I’ve had the email saying I’m in the beta and it says “you have received an email from TestFlight” but I haven’t.

I cannot log in to Test Flight as my redemption code didnt work,How do I get a new one please ? -
Is there going to be a 2D version. “ where you can see the route from on top of the arrow ? Right know I only see behind the arrow. So in the mountains I can see the corners more easily curved.

@Wim-Dictus Zoals daar ook staat vermeld worden nieuwe aanmeldingen ongeveer eens per week verwerkt. Dit heb ik zojuist gedaan, je hebt een TestFlight uitnodiging ontvangen
@Corjan-Meijerink is dit nog steeds van toepassing? Want dit zou verklaren waarom ik alleen de aanmelding kreeg en (nog) niet de Testflight bevestiging.

@Jouke-Stroosnijder Ik zie dat je je hebt opgegeven met sha...@g...com als iCloud email. Ik heb de TestFlight email zojuist opnieuw hierheen gestuurd.
