I got the following message, to my knowledge completely false as I requested nothing

@Drabslab it looks like someone tried to hijack your account. It looks like an automated e-mail from the forum/MRA system that you get when you want to change the e-mail address on your account.
If you did indeed receive this from MRA, it seems that someone has gained access to your account and tried to lock you out by changing the e-mail address. You may want to change your password.

if needed, I can send them the header of the message as well.
I tried to "provoke" the forum to send such message again but couldn't reproduce it. -
