How does one go about adding a formation/shaping point to a route?

Hi Pete,
You can go to the support menu and search for "Manual 'Waypoints'.
You will find your answer there.

Hi @Pete-Fredette Click the 3 dots in the way point box to access the extra options and then select the hand to change to a via point, selecting the balloon will revert it back to a shaping point.
