MRA Navigation Upgrade Fail

My current subscription has ended. The mail reminding me of this states I can upgrade via the app. When attempting to do this, a 3 year offer, it consistently fails to do anything but give the "spinning wheel" thing but then nothing. I do not wish to upgrade via the MRA account as it is more expensive via this route.
Any idea what's wrong here?

Hi @Bill-Halley-0. I have contacted the team at MRA and they need more information to solve the problem. They advised that the best thing to do is to go to the Support Page click here and start a New Support Ticket.
