opslaan naar plantomtom

Het is mij, sinds ik mijn wachtwoord bij plantomtom verandert heb onmogelijk om vanuit myrouteapp routes/tracks op te slaan in plantomtom.
Ik weet niet meer wat ik moet doen.
Iemand enig idee?

plan.tomtom does not allow special characters in passwords.

Ik kan bij plantomtom of mydrive gewoon inloggen met mijn wachtwoord incl speciale tekens.
Enkel wanneer ik de route wil opslaan vanuit myroute app krijg ik een foutmelding om mijn inlog gegevens na te kijken.. -
Ik heb het voor mij simpel gemaakt en de gegevens die ik voor MRA gebruik ook voor Plan TomTom genomen!
