Hi, we have a group set up with other MRA subscribers and I understand that we can share routes in this private group. However I don’t seem to be able to find a wat to do this. Can you please explain how this can be done? Many thanks.

@Steve-Standing To add routes to your group, you’ll need to open the group via the Route Lab or directly through the website.
Once in the group, click “Options” at the top.
You can create folders and add routes using the plus icon. However, after making any changes to one of your routes, you’ll need to manually upload them to the group again, as they aren’t automatically synced.
If you want your colleagues to always have the same version of the routes, you’ll need to do this using the “Friends” feature.
Your colleagues can then either import the routes into their own accounts or start them directly from their friends list.

Hi Peter, many thanks for your prompt reply.
Based on what you said, I have managed to work out how to do it, however it seems to work slightly differently than you explain.
I go to Route Lab, select the group. It appears to default to the messages page. Then on the top right of the page select ‘Page menu’, then ‘Routes’. In this menu I can then click ‘New’ and ‘Route’. After that I can select a route from my route library and add it to the group.

@Steve-Standing I'm glad you figured out how it works.
Did you create the group, or did someone else?
I'm not sure if, as the group creator, you have different access rights, or if you're just a member of the group.
In my case, I’m the group creator.
But anyway, you know how it works, and that’s what matters most.
Check out the “Friends” feature, too...
Best regards,
Peter -
Thanks Peter, I am not the group creator so maybe it would work slightly differently if I was. What I did note is that I don’t seem to be able to edit the routes that I added, or unlock them, which is strange as I created them.

@Steve-Standing That is correct. Once the routes are put into the group you can"t edit them over there. What to do is to alter the route in your own librairy and then put that updated route into th group. Make sure that you've deleted the route in the group before putting a new one in.
You can ask the group owner to give you the role of organiser so you have more edditing rights in the group.
I've made a group for all the member of my club
In case of an event I create an event and put routes in that event.
If you make that event a navigation event the tracklogs of the participants are all saved in that event.
You can invite the whole group in one click.
If you use events, the routes are easyier to finf for the members -
Thanks Peter, I will try that.
