Connector update

When I use export I get a message for connector update, but when i open the downloaded update there is a message that there is already an other version of this product installed. How do i remove the old version of connector? Can't find it in the apps.

Via the control panel in windows

If you are unable to update the connector, perform the following steps:

1. Search Windows for Control Panel
2. Click on "uninstall a program"
3. Find the connector of MyRoute-app
4. Right click with your mouse on the MyRoute-app application
5. Click on "delete"
6. Once the file has been deleted, you can install the new connector from ww.myrouteapp.com or run the file just downloaded.
   If the above steps do not work, please contact the MyRoute-app support.

Dag Jan, ik denk dat je gebruikt maakt van de MRA planner app.
Die is bedoeld om routes te plannen/maken. Niet om te navigeren en daarom krijg je geen aanwijzingen.

@jan-thijssen Jan, als ik jou vraag goed begreep, vrees ik dat bovenstaand antwoord jou op het verkeerde been zou kunnen zetten. Want de navigatie-stembegeleiding moeten in jouw GPS worden aangezet, daar komt MRA niet in tussen, dit is een instelling in jouw GPS zélf. Dat vereist, uiteraard, een (meestal bluetooth) connectie tussen jouw GPS en jouw helmsysteem.
