6-19-26 Problem - CarPlay asking to verify "Navigation Next subscription" before showing route on Motorcycle IFCU screen (CarPlay screen)

Good Morning,
As stated in the title when I start a route on my iPhone (once every 3rd or 4th start of a route) the route opens on my phone but the CarPlay screen shows a message "Need a subscription for Navigation Next to display route".At this point I have to shutoff my bike and restart it and the Message goes away and the route starts. This only started a couple months ago.
Bike - 2024 HD Road Glide with IFCU infotainment system
Iphone 17 - MyRoute-app on the phone shows MRA RoutePlanner GOLD Lifetime member and Navigation Next Lifetime
How do I get CarPlay to recognize my "Lifetime membership" of Navigation Next?

Never saw this before. Can you place a screenshot of the menu page, after when you click the profile icon on the mainpage on the top right? It shows the available licenses for you account. I think you need MRA support to sort this.

Hola, yo tengo el mismo problema, ya está reportado a atención al cliente. He desinstalado y vuelto a instalar la app. He cerrado y vuelto a iniciar sesión en la app. Y en mi Chigee y en el de mi mujer, utilizando CarPlay y teléfono iPhone 17 pro Max, continúa con el problema.
De hecho, lo he probado en el CarPlay del coche y hace lo mismo.
No sé cómo adjuntar fotos pero el mensaje es el mismo.
Ya no sabemos qué hacer.
Por cierto, tengo suscripción activa Gold + Next Navigation.
