@Rob-Verhoeff I have also been looking for this. Found it but you have to select default vehicles on the page. I will need to do some playing also. Useful if the support page directed you to this page to configure the vehicle. As per my previous post, to have some ‘info’ as to what the information does for the planning would also be helpful.

Dat is makkelijk: Start de app - ga naar "Routes en Tracklogs" tik onder in de blauwe balk op Groepen (icoon met de 2 poppetjes, derde van links) kies je groep kies de route tik navigeer

The problem will possibly be that Here has not marked the road as Closed. It seems the Here map hasn’t been updated yet. That is the reason I check the route in Pan.TomTom the day I'm riding or the day before as I mentioned above!

Delete the "&" in the routename. And why such a long name and why in capitols?

@Jörgen yes, same here. I go to layer and chose HERE move the map then go back to layer and chose Google maps. But if I select satellite it freezes. Or like you said the screen moves not the map. I have an Amazon fire tablet and don't get that issue so guessing it's an iPad issue.

This happens more with satelite layers, rather than Michelin or OSM. Changing layers corrects this behavior, but sometimes not.

@Stevedo-6-0 Not a bad idea but as the whole website including the route generator are being redesigned, I guess that the developers would rather concentrate their time towards that. Maybe the new website route generator wouldn’t require such a message. Who knows

Dit is inderdaad een probleem dat al jaren aansleept: emails komen heel vaak niet aan als je mensen uitnodigt voor evenementen. Wel hebben de mensen steevast een notificatie in hun MRA onder het belletje. Dus dat deel gaat goed. Uiteraard kan het email-probleem verschillende oorzaken hebben. Zeker met spam zijn mail providers strenger en strenger met het accepteren van emails. Outlook.com en gmail.com zijn notoire spelers die zeer strict zijn. Het is belangrijk dat de reputatie van de verzendende partij tiptop in orde is. Bijvoorbeeld: DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC setup moeten allemaal correct geconfigureerd zijn. Bij de laatste uitnodiging die ik ontvangen heb (op 25 mei 2026), waren deze settings allemaal prima in orde. Emails worden netjes verzonden met AmazonSES. Toch zijn er wel een paar aandachtspunten die verbeterd kunnen worden aan de applicatie zijde: De mail geeft aan multipart/alternative te zijn, maar de text/plain variant bevat slechts: "To read this e-mail you need a HTML compatible e-mail client". DIt is relevant omdat sommige spam filters een vergelijking maken tussen text/plain en text/html. Sommige privacygerichte mailclients kunnen HTML uitschakelen. DIt is zeker iets om aan te pakken. De CSS bevat meerdere @font-face declaraties waarbij fonts rechtstreeks vanaf: http://www.stampready.net/... worden gehaald. Dat is om meerdere redenen problematisch. Ten eerste is het HTTP in plaats van HTTPS. Mailclients blokkeren externe fonts sowieso vaak, maar mixed/insecure content wordt nog vaker geblokkeerd. Ten tweede wordt een derde partij (stampready.net) betrokken bij het renderen van een MyRoute-app-mail. Dat is qua privacy en betrouwbaarheid onnodig. Ten derde ondersteunen veel e-mailclients @font-face helemaal niet of slechts beperkt. De template valt gelukkig terug op Arial/Helvetica, dus de mail blijft leesbaar. Ik zou deze complete externe-fontconstructie verwijderen. Gebruik gewoon een websafe fontstack. Als we de vergelijking maken met bijvoorbeeld de emails van newsletter@myrouteapp.com die door ActiveCampaign worden verzonden, dan zie je dat die veel beter in elkaar zitten: hier is de plain en html bijvoorbeeld wel met elkaar in sync en wordt geen gebruik gemaakt van font loading via HTTP. Hier mijn duit in het zakje. Ik hoop dat het wat helpt in het verder kwalitatief verbeteren van MyRouteApp, een App die ik al jaren met veel plezier gebruik! Groeten, Luc

Hello, I am using Tread but I do not sync the routes. I just connect it to the PC and transfer the GPX to the SD card. Weather radar works and traffic information. All good. And the route planner on the Garmin is not too bad either. When I plan my trips/routes I use the planner of MyRoute on the computer. Save it and drive. I anyway spend time to generate the routes and after they are ready they will be pushed to the XT3. I do not let the Tread app sync because there can be surprises but I do not need to do this often. And in case I have no option to transfer data I use the Garmin route planner.
