I had the same problem today, although my internet connection is good, that was my first thought.

Also I was missing the download button on the app so was using the website link on my phone, I now realise I needed to scroll the button screen to the left to be able to see the other buttons including the download one.

@EDWINO Een andere klant had hetzelfde probleem. Zij hebben hun Bitdefender-extensie (antivirus) uitgeschakeld, waardoor het probleem werd opgelost. Another customer had thar same problem. They turned off their Bitdefender (antivirus) extension which solved the problem.

Misschien dat dit helpt. Het komt uit de handleiding! [image: 1773564011450-screenshot-001.jpg] En anders zou dit ook nog kunnen: Je nav 5 staat waarschijnlijk nog in MTP modus. Deze moet je eerst in USB modus zetten wil je de harde schijf van je nav rechtstreeks bereiken (naar trip scherm gaan en blijven drukken midden op de halfronde tot deze overschakelt naar een gesloten gedeelte op de gps. Daar kan je de MTP in USB mode zetten). Pas op, want vanaf nu moet je als je de gps van de computer haalt voor veilig verwijderen kiezen. Dus niet zomaar dat kabeltje uittrekken nu (in MTP mode is dit niet nodig en heb je geen andere optie) En inderdaad het slot voor de SD kaart kun je alleen bereiken door eerst het batterijvak te openen en de batterij er uit te halen. Dan zie je het slot in de zijkant van het batterijvak

@Martin-Wilcke ...I know what you mentioned about DMD. But the same can be said about MyRoute-App: there came also lot of input from community, which has been developed agile. And the developers has still many ideas for future. Therefore I'm still enthusiast of MyRoute-App
