Navigation stopped working during Tour

@Thomas-Neumeyer as a last resort. Did you try setting it back to Factory settings and then start from scratch. Seems weird that you’re the only one with troubles. Maybe it works

Additionally, are there any other apps running in the background?

I made factory reset two times and no, there are no other apps in background. I also just installed myroute app to avoid any issues. I contacted Ulefone, lets see how this works. Strange is just that all other Apps for navigation are working.

I translated it. Its a different problem. The routing stops and the position arrow does not move anymore. Closing the app does not help. It's asking if I want to continue the tour but its not follo8my movement. Only after several times closing the app it works but not for good and stopped again. So far no news about my ticket sent.

I experienced exactly this last weekend. I cannot say it was temperature but it was hot. What is says above matches exactly my experience. Swipe-closing the app did not help, rebooting the phone did. Probably a force-close from the Android Apps menu would have solved it to. For me, this is the only resembling experience I had during a 4 day ride. I blame the phone...

I got some feedback from Ulefone, they stated it is the app with some incompatibility and I should use some other navigation app.

That was way to easy for them to blame the other party instead of investigations it themselves.
