App restarting when Bluetooth keyboard connected (WunderLINQ)

Hi

I have just discovered an issue in that MyRoute-app will restart every time a bluetooth or physical keyboard connects to my phone.

I use a WunderLINQ controller which is basically a Bluetooth keyboard and when I switch the bike on or off or even start it MyRoute-app will restart itself meaning I have to restart the route again. This also happens if you attach a physical keyboard to the phone.

@stuart-marritt Let me guess, you have an Android device? I have the same issue..
I also bet that if you connect your 2nd keyboard with the USB dongle and then repeat the test, connecting/disconnecting Wunderlink keeping the USB dongle/Keyboard connected, you will not see the issue...

From my testing it does not occur on Apple devices...

Yes I have a android device

I will try the second keyboard trick and see what happens although it's not ideal

@stuart-marritt Indeed not ideal.. It is more to confirm my suspicions regarding this bug. The second Bluetooth keyboard "trick" seems to prevent the cycling of the app because there is at least 1 keyboard available. The issue occurs when MRA goes from no keyboard to 1 and vice-versa. I have a ticket open on this but no mouvement so far.

@Andre-Trudeau as you said with another keyboard attached via the USB the Bluetooth keyboard when connecting and disconnecting has no affect and works as it should

I am fairly confident this issue will be resolved in the 5.0.1 release this week!

I had to stop using my small keyboard I wanted to use to start stop music as MyroutApp was crashing when I pressed the buttons

That will definitely be an issue of the past when 5.0.1 becomes available to you!
