@Big-Al-1 Have you set the correct location in your settings? You can also set the correct time zone there.

@Rob-Verhoeff set to London - but we’re still on BST - is there a setting to take this into account? The time, I guess, will be correct 26th when we go back GMT. But maybe it will go wrong again in March?

@Big-Al-1 I changed my location to London and a change in a route sets me back one hour too! So, I don't know why... sorry!

@Big-Al-1 Same for me in the UK, 1 hour behind.
I changed my time zone to Amsterdam which is set to GMT +1, and then my changes were logged as 1 hour in front of actual time! It seems that there are no allowances made for BST (British Summer Time) which like Europe is 1 hour ahead of GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).
GMT stands for Greenwich Mean Time, the local clock time at Greenwich. From 1884 until 1972, GMT was the international standard of civil time. Though it has now been replaced by Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), GMT is still the legal time in Britain in the winter, used by the Met Office, Royal Navy and BBC World Service. Greenwich Mean Time is also the name of the time zone used by some countries in Africa and Western Europe, including in Iceland all year round. Greenwich is used because of the Greenwich Meridian.
The Greenwich Meridian separates east from west in the same way that the Equator separates north from south. Inextricably linked with Greenwich Mean Time, it also sits at the centre of our system of time zones. Its path is determined by the location of an historic telescope, the Airy Transit Circle, which is housed at the Royal Observatory, Greenwich.

@Big-Al-1 Interestingly (now that's an oxymoron!) when I change the time zone to West Central Africa the change time is correct!

Although it’s not ideal, I couldn’t care less if the time of my route adjustment is slightly off. But that’s just my opinion…
There are plans to abolish daylight saving time in Europe. However, the EU member states have not yet agreed on which time should apply...

Can’t the time come from the local device? It’s no great problem, but it is wrong. Lots of apps out there that do it right. Some come on, My-route…dot the ‘i’s and cross the ‘t’s..

Hi @Big-Al-1 there is a bug on the website to do with UK time & it has been present for eons but nobody really cared about it

Now I believe this bug causes sync issues if you use MRA Navigation :- Sync Bug with Offline
If your using MRA Navigation you want to set your timezone to Europe & just live with the fact on the web site the times are incorrect. UK times on the site have never have been right so its nothing new but al least this way you wont have sync issues.

& nope there has been no recognition that this is an issue 😞

"faulty/obsolete" implies that something has failed or expired so no longer functions correclty,
this is not the case as the timestamp on the website for the UK has always been incorrect

@Brian-McG, that only indicates the timezone map probably already obsolete for a long time 😉

To be fair - timezone support was added a few years back.
The core of the issue won't ever be solvable in the current architecture of the website.

When we tackle the website, we actually know we have users all over the world and this needs to work correctly 😉

@Corjan-Meijerink For the UK the problem is connected to Daylight saving. Last week the UK was using BST British Summer Time which is +1 hour from GMT Greenwich Mean Time the time stated in the My account section, last week the logged time was 1 hour behind. The clocks went back an hour on Sunday so that we are now using GMT Greenwich Mean Time the time stated in the My account section and the logged times are correct. The system is not adding an extra hour for British Summer Time. In the UK the clocks go forward 1 hour at 1am on the last Sunday in March, and back 1 hour at 2am on the last Sunday in October.

Since I raised this issue, it occurs to me that there are a whole load of apps out there which don’t handle BST and only use GMT. A problem has arisen for me with electric car charging and cheap electricity periods in the U.K. EDF (my electricity supplier) doesn't know when their cheap electricity periods are. They only work on GMT - midnight to 5 a.m…….but in summer this becomes 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. They are going to get back to me to confirm this is actually the case. And then there’s the actual car charger itself which only uses G.M.T. apparently - so I think I’ve been using expensive electricity for an hour every time I charged the car in summer.
So, my conclusion is this is now a non-thread, forget I ever started the discussion and close it. Let’s all stick with G.M.T. and get rid of B.S.T.in the U.K. Been interesting though👍.
