Statement regarding iOS 15
-
Hi iOS users!
After the last update we changed quite a lot of internal tools.
This resulted in the unexpected incompatibility with iOS version below 16.
Realistically this means that mainly iOS 15 users on iPhones 6 & 7 are impacted. In theory our app should work on iOS 14 and higher but that's not the case now.
The big v5 update scheduled for October might work on those devices again. However, after checking the impact of this change we won't make it a priority.
There are less than 100 people (<1% of total users) using these versions. As those devices are ~10 years old there is simply no big reason to put a lot of resources in supporting those devices. If you purchased a (lifetime) subscription within the last year and only have access to such a device, contact support for a refund. Otherwise this is perhaps the perfect excuse to buy a newer phone
Sorry for any inconvenience / disappointment.

@Bouke-Ent, what exactly are you saying. Do you regret having upgraded from a 10 year old phone 2 years ago?

i already had 2 years ago problem with my then iphone 6+ what it did use for MRA.
after 1 upgrade it went down. i ask on is it still supported. answer was we do not know because we do not have older ios versions but we think update will not work on your ios version.
now 2 years later that say it officaliy and that is strange because it broke before on my phone and now it seen they got real phone so now call is out.
i did upgrade and i accept world goes on but if you know before that tell it when you know and not after 2 years.
