@Arron-Watkins Have you synchronized the routes on your phone? To do so, give one-time permission via Routes & Tracklogs > 3 dots top right > Sync all my routes.

@Arron-Watkins, you do not need to download routes for navigation. Just open your routes from the routes menu in the app. If you do what @Rob-Verhoeff said, you can even do that while offline (after an initial sync of course).
