Unrecognized licence Gold/MRA Navigation Next

Hi,
I have renewed my subscription to the Gold / MRA Navigation Next version, but I’m unable to access all the expected features. For example, I can’t see the Google Map or the route segments option.
Additionally, I’m unable to open a support ticket because the system does not recognize my user correctly. I have sent an email using the form on the main page of the website.
My login credentials are correct, and I can see the full folder and route structure.
I would appreciate any support you can provide.

Google Maps and route segments are not supported in Navigation Next, because it works only with the HERE map.

Hello, what is your MRA username? Are you aware that Google Maps is only an overlay map and that MRA does not calculate routes on the Google Maps map? And that segments only work in OSMap?

Guys, if he can't raise support tickets, then there is something not ok with his account...

You can also raise a ticket by mail to "support -at- myrouteapp -dot- com".
These problems usually occur if people get accounts on multiple mail addresses without realising it.
