Route violation on app and strange additions v MRA route planner

Thats the route, looks ok online, I have disabled seasonal road closures as it goes over applecross pass.
No matter what I do when I use the IOS app (on 2 different phones) on one phone I get a flash up of route violation, on the other no warning but on both they keep adding and extra strange detour - I cant for the life of me work out whats going on and spent ages on it. When you 'open' the route on the phone it looks ok (no extra bits added), however if you 'navigateit immediately adds the extra road and 50 odd extra miles!
can some check for me please?, the red bit is the added extra route every time I open it on the phone to navigate

@big-vern When planning on the website, you can enable or disable the seasonal closure. However, when you start the route for navigation, the current closure will be taken into account. This is probably why the rerouting on the iPhone is happening.

@Peter-Zehentreiter
Thanks for info and reply, my general response;
How can I disable this in the app, there is no current closure on the pass and what's the point of allowing disabling seasonal closures whilst planning if the app is set to not allow this. very frustratingEdit
Even in the app if I edit the route and disable seasonal closures it still won't allow it, however if I reverse the route it's all correct and I go over the pass without it adding to the route, its as though the here maps thinks (incorrectly) its one way only and you can not override this, if you compare with tomtom then tomtom is fine and allows the route,
For obvious reasons I dont want to use the tomtom version,. -
The route planner from HERE called HERE WeGo is showing the Applecross Pass as closed in one direction.
I have reported this to HERE as being incorrect. I'm not sure how long it will take for them to update their map.

@Nick-Carthew Excellent work, Nick!
@big-vern The other thing to check (if travelling in the UK) is the official live roadworks website here:
https://one.network/It also shows planned work if you're riding up there in a few weeks time.
It doesn't show any problems near Bealach Na Ba or Applecross.

@richtea999 I find that Google Maps with their traffic overlay is accurate. Google has the advantage of using the data from Android phones to update their maps.

@big-vern
Thanks Nick, yeah I stumbled on that just before and signed up, after checking on one of the NC500 forums to check it was indeed open both ways, which it is as someone had been over it on Monday.
Thinking of some workaround to force the app to ignore it, I noticed on foot on the here map it seems to be okedits
I guess I could revert to a tomtom map and do it as a track but even then after checking it comes up with route violations on the IOS app, I guess because its doing the track on what it thinks is a one way road. Plus I loose all the waypoint info.Its good to know its the backend map thats at fault I suppose, but I do wonder why the online route planner and the IOS app are not in synch in terms of the issue

@Nick-Carthew Great work Nick, seems to have sorted it thanks very much!
I couldn't see a link for reporting so thank you!.
These forums always solve the issue for me quickly so thanks again everyone as well who responded. -
@big-vern Wow. Never know HERE to fix an error that quickly before, maybe they think I have influence

@Nick-Carthew
