Offline Navigation issue

Hello, all!
I have downloaded the maps for a few states.
They show in the list of maps with a circular arrow on the right side (I assume it means that the map is downloaded)
Turned on the Offline navigation slider.
Trying to Navigate the Route thru a few States (all maps are there) offline, but get the message that the Route could not be calculated... go Online.I try it again in a while and it works...
Why the inconsistency if it does not depend on cell service?

Thanks!@Lenny-O Make sure that you have the routes synced. Open the app menu, tap routes and tracklogs then tap the 3 dots top right and then tap Sync all of my routes. This is a one off operation so all future routes will be synced.

@Lenny-O Offline maps are downloaded when there is a tick on the left of the map.
