MRA App - what is this Icon?

Hi, I havent yet subscribed to Silver subscription although I will be soon as I am loving the app. I just wondered what this button was, the Icon alone is not one I am familiar with and I cannot find any documentation explaining what it is? Can you please tell me what it does as when I click it just says 'Silver subscription required'.

@Nick-Carthew Iv not upgraded to a trial. When I press this button now it says 'Thid feature is no longer available (anymore)'.
