Export to Garmin XT

New user: I have made some routes, and now want to put into my Garmin XT.
Is there anywhere I can see instructions how to do, or can anyone explain me step by step how to do ?? -

There is a dodge in exporting the route as a .GPX file to your phone, downloading the GPX file onto your phone and sending it to the XT vis Garmin Drive.
I wish I could point you in the direction of the Youtube video but I can't remember which one it was.

.. push the button export
...the connector opens
...and there you cab choose the zumo as target device.

@Thomas-Schäfer You can also download routes onto your phone and transfer them to your device via garmin drive.
