Rental Bikes in Milan
-
Friends,
A small group of us are planning a 2 week trip to the Lake Como area in May.
I am looking at moto rental options.
Several sites offer bikes from Moto Morini and Bellini. I am unfamiliar with these bikes - I believe these are Chinese imports with Italian-sounding names - and I don't know anyone in the US with them. For example, one company offers Moto Morini X-Cape 650 and a Bellini TRK 702.
Does anyone have any experience with these bikes? Comfort and wind management are most important to me. For example, last year I rented a Transalp and I loved it. I have also rented a BMW 1250 GS and it was also very comfortable, if a bit heavy since we tend to stick to twisty and backroads, and avoid multi-lane highways.
I'd love to hear about any experiences....
Thanks,
Vinnie

@Vincent-Curren It's Benelli, not Bellini
As far as I know they have been bought by chinese companies, but the development is still made in Italy. Anyway, unfortunately I've never ridden any of them, but reviews and opinions I see on the internet are pretty positive. -

@Vincent-Curren A well know motorcycle journalist called Henry Cole tested the Moto Morini a short time ago on The Motorbike Show here in the UK.
He rated it quite highly.https://www.itv.com/watch/the-motorbike-show/1a9745/1a9745a0065
