White screen problem

iPhone 14; updated to iOS 17.6
Opened the app and screen went white with no change after a minute or two. Rebooted phone, reinstalled app (ver. 4.2.1), both several times. Even after an iOS update, had to again uninstall/reinstall app. Finally, I'm able to gain access. There's a bug somewhere.

@E-Shields had same with iphone SE 2020. just removed app and reinstall.

Same issue. Deleted the app, re-installed, powered off and powered on but no change

Make shure that you install the latest version of the app, 331. That should solve the problem
