Hello,
When i start a new tour, the following message appears.
What am i doing wrong.When i klick OK the Standard = openstreetmap with card layer HERE.
After i switch to HERE with card layer HERE the message is gone.With the HERE option on, I miss the option to go from, for example, a winding route to a highway at the route points.
So is the best way to start in openstreetmap option with card layer HERE or not. -

Navigation with next, always use Here, at least as a last step in planning because the next app runs on Here. -

Kies de Here kaart via de optie in het rode kader als je met de app of een Garmin navigeert of TomTom voor navigatie met een TomTom-device. De kaarten in het blauwe kader zijn alleen overlay's en kun je gebruiken omdat je een andere kaart gewoon prettiger vindt om in te plannen. Zie afbeelding hieronder. Je hebt daarvoor wel een Gold-abonnement nodig of een abonnement op de navigatie-app als je alleen de Here kaart nodig hebt.
Perhaps you have selected the OSM map as the map for planning your route and a different travel mode than 'Car'? Choose the Here map via the option in the red frame if you are navigating with the app or a Garmin, or TomTom for navigation with a TomTom device. The maps in the blue frame are only overlays and can be used if you simply prefer using another map for planning. See the image below. You need a Gold subscription or a susbscription to the navigation app if only the Here map is needed.

Ik heb sinds gisteren een gold abbonement afgenomen en ben druk bezig om mij het maken van routes beter onder de knie te krijgen. Ik moet nu met MRA een andere insteek kiezen en wat anders plannen dan wat ik voorheen met een andere planner gewend was, maar daar kom ik wel uit.Ik miste de segment opties in de HERE kaart (tenminste ik zie ze niet), maar ben er achter dat als ik een stuk van de route niet binnendoor wil rijden, ik beter een punt (A) kiezen om vanuit daar de snelweg te nemen naar punt (B) en dan tussen die punten de route punten verwijderen.

I now have to choose a different approach with MRA and plan something different than what I was used to with another planner, but I'll figure it out.I missed the segment options in the HERE map (at least I don't see them), but I have discovered that if I don't want to drive a part of the route through the countryside, I better choose a point (A) to take the highway from there to point (B) and then delete the route points between those points.

Dat klopt. De optie 'Segmenten' is alleen beschikbaar in de OSM-kaart. Je kunt daar prima met segmenten werken en de route die je daar gemaakt hebt in een later stadium omzetten naar de Here-kaart. De aanduiding met segmenten in de routepunten ben je dan weliswaar kwijt. Maar het gemak van traject A-B snelste route en B-C bochtig blijft wel behouden met op de juiste plekken de waypoints in je route.
