      what's the point of creating a forum to report bugs and problems if you don't reply to the posts?

      I think you received MANY replies on your posts. That's EXACTLY what a community forum is for. If you think you need one on one assistance, raise a support ticket. That's EXACTLY what support tickets are for 😉

      I am not affiliated with MyRoute-App. The help I am offering is entirely voluntary.
      I am just an enthusiastic user, and hope you will be one too!

      Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebar to the saddle.

        That is true, and I thanked all the people willing to help me for that.
        But I was looking for a solution and, despite the volunteers's work, I didn't get one.

          You are right, that is what I will do in the future.
          And MRA will still have to read my question - at least I hope so - and provide an answer - I also hope so - but the community won't have it and will keep posting, maybe for the same problem.

          I'm not sure that will save time @MRA, but I'm fine with it.

            @ATLast I don't need to remind you that all questions are welcome to be held against the community first. do I 😉 So please do not restrain yourself from asking questions here.

            Besides this, I think the dev presence in this community forum is really incomparable to any competitor's forum. I am sorry you feel differently.

              @ATLast I think zooming out a bit makes the AA screen on the AT a bit more useful and gives more warning of junctions.

                @Con-Hennekens

                At some point, a member of the development team still needs to step in and answer, otherwise we can only guess.

                For this post for example:

                https://forum.myrouteapp.com/topic/7806/recalculation-of-the-route-does-not-point-to-final-destination?_=1727629803997

                only a member of the development team can answer because only they know how the program works.

                And they didn't.

                And as you state in you signature, you're not a member of the MRA's team so, thank you for your guesses, but I also need a validated answer.

                I am sorry you feel differently.

                  @Mzokk

                  Thank you for your help.

                  I've tried various settings, but I didn't succeed.

                  Would you be kind enough to provide me/us with a copy of your settings?

                  Thank you anyway.

                      There was no guessing in that threat (not by me anyway).
                      I think you got an accurate answer, devs know that so why should they step in?
                      Usually when I am guessing I will say so, and even then it is usually an educated guess. If I was incorrect, I am man enough to admit it and I learned something new.

                      You should be more open to forum members, you might learn something.
