It will be there next week.

For now you could try reinstalling the app!

I've reinstalled, but the problem remains
I'll keep an eye out of the update. I really need a quick solution, as, without maps, I can't navigate anywhere.

What you could do this is following:

• go to the profile page (one before the offline maps)
• scroll down
• long press version number
• share that file in a support ticket

Within that ticket please mention me and this forum thread

4.1.3 won't be out tomorrow - that's the beta (and is available already).
Public release is next week!

@Geoff-Bones, just to explore a possible solution for you in the meantime. Are you by any chance on a VPN, or do have you something like DuckDuckGo or another privacy tool active? Try to disable them. It happened before that for some that was a limiting factor in accessing the HERE servers...

@Con-Hennekens No, no VPN. Thanks for the tip, though.
In the end I did a factory reset on my phone, and now it all works fine. In fact, better than before, as I now get better turn notifications on Android Auto (before they sometimes hung, getting stuck on a turn 20 miles before).
