      I use "avoid highway", "avoid unpaved Roads" and "disable seasonal closures" on almost all routes.

      Can these settings be set as the default for new routes? Unfortunately I have not found a way to do this.

      If that doesn't work it might be a point for "The Great Suggestion List".

        @Christian-Schrenk Once you have set these In the toolkit, they should stay selected and be your default setting.

          Hi Nick,

          unfortunately, the settings are not saved for me. I have to change the settings in the toolkit for every new route. I also always have to reactivate "disable seasonal closures".

            @Christian-Schrenk

            This is only saved in the edited route, with every new route you have to set this again.

              Therefore I would like to suggest that the settings in the toolkit can be saved as the default for new routes.

                Dieser Verbesserungsvorschlag ist in mehreren Threads bereits seit mehreren Jahren angebracht worden. Doch entweder lesen die Entwickler diese Posts nicht oder sie ignorieren sie gekonnt seit 3 Jahren. Ich bin mittlerweile auch sehr unzufrieden. Die Gebühr als Gold-Member Lifetime ist entrichtet, jetzt muss ich damit zurecht kommen was mir vorgesetzt wird. Das ist keine gute Gegenleistung zu meinem Vertrauens-/Geldvorschuss

                  @Josef-Lohr 🤣 🤣

                  I wonder what great things TomTom and Garmin have developed specifically to your personal wishes... I have never seen any software company listening to their customers like MRA does.

                  I am not affiliated with MyRoute-App. The help I am offering is entirely voluntary.
                  I am just an enthusiastic user, and hope you will be one too!

                    @Josef-Lohr I find that a bit simplistic! MRA is a small team, and many of our recommendations have already been incorporated into the app. Developers have also indicated in multiple threads that app development takes precedence. Most likely, they will start renovating the website this year. The current website platform is not suitable for further development. Therefore, I expect the future of the website to look bright. Apparently, I have more patience...

                      @Josef-Lohr i am sure that if you sign a contract with MRA to pay for the development (an extra developer?) of your specific needs, they will be happy to oblige. 🙂

                      Jokes aside, they work in waves, current focus is on the Next navigation tool, after that, they will overhaul the planner.

                      I just hope they will have the good sense to kill all the remaining bugs in the navigation tool before starting something new.

                      Otherwise, you are blaming MRA for having an open policy and giving us all the opportunities to suggest changes they do take into account where possible.

                      I am nto aware of any other company that does this to this extend, are you?

                        Leute, Eure Antworten sind unter jeder Kritik! Wenn ihr alles so nehmt wie es euch vorgesetzt wird ist das eure Entscheidung! Möglich, dass das Entwicklerteam auf manche Requests reagiert (auf meine jedenfalls nicht!) und möglich, dass der Team klein ist. Meine Lizenzgebühr hat es jedoch genommen und nach 3 Jahren seinen Unmut zu äußern weil nichts passiert ist (nicht einmal en Plan besteht und auch keine Antwort vom Entwicklerteam gekommen ist) ist legitim. Ich bin nicht der Einzige der dieses Feature gerne hätte. Die dümmste Ansage ist, dass ich die Kosten für einen Entwickler übernehmen soll. Sorry, das ist grenzwertig!
