"You don't have permission to access this" message when I am trying to access a track shared by my friend

Hi there, hope you are doing good. So I have downloaded a few trial app on Android phone. One of my friend has shared 2 routes that I need to access. But I see the error message saying "You don't have permission to this". I want to know it this is like because I am using the trial version or if there is something I am missing. Thank you in advance
