Skipping Way Points

When i plan a route on the website, it allows me to skip a way point . However when i try to follow that route on my Android phone using the phone app it tries to re-route me not recognizing the saves skipped waypoint. Is there a phone setting i am missing? !

@Michael-Doherty-0 The app doesn’t recognise the skip function (yet). What you could do is make route point 11 a via point and write instructions in the route point note.

@Nick-Carthew OK Thanks....Is there any estimate when the App will recognise the skip function? Putting a note on the waypoint is what i do now. another great feature would be a customizable flag that would alert rider.

@Michael-Doherty-0 You can choose to have your notes read aloud to you and displayed on the screen, no need to press.
I’m not sure when the skip function will be recognised by the app but it is definitely on the wish list.
