Circular route, changing starting point

I have just picked up a circular route from the library which has 73 waypoints.
Rather than starting at point 1 (why would I?) I would like to start near point 50.
Is there a quick way to re-order all the waypoints?
In the past I manually moved each one - which worked in the end

Make a copy of the route to work with.
Select the waypoint you want to start at and open the properties. Click on the flag to make this point your starting point. Correct any other waypoints as necessary.
