Why can I not post with pictures?

I try to post pictures on this forum but I can't - I get a bar at the bottom right with the text "forbidden" and no other explanation. What does this mean??

I have retried posting without links, and it stays forbidden again, but nothing further. Is there a limit to the number of characters I am allowed to post????

@Carlo-Di-Lieto With copy paste it should work. Are you using a phone

Do you have multiple tabs open with the forum at the same time?
Only one can be opened.
Refresh the last page you have open after closing the others.
