Descargas mapas sin conexión

Cuando le doy ha descargar mapas sin conexión se queda pillado cuando la descarga es grande. Ejemplo pido descargar España entera y se queda pillado. Tengo que reiniciar el teléfono para salir de la aplicación

Which OS are you using? iOS or Android? For iOS, simply force closing the app and restarting it should suffice. The download will then resume. This issue has already been brought up and is on the developers' radar.

That's annoying! I'm not very familiar with Android. Perhaps someone else will come back to you on this.

This happens sometimes, especially with flaky wifi conditions. Many users have this problem. On Android you do not need to reboot the phone, you can simply force close the app, start it again and restart the download. After a few seconds, the download will resume where it left off. It is a good idea to leave your phone alone with the app running for a while.

If it reoccurs, it seems the downloaded parts got corrupted.
Go into your android settings, Apps, and delete storage under the MyRoute-app options. Then try again.

@fas I also set my screen timeout to the longest value possible (10 mins for me). This helps to keep the app and download running.
