Navigation just doesn't work.

Hi, I'm new to the app and just can't get the navigation to work. I've tried it on 3 different devices (Huawei Media Pad M3, Samsung Galaxy S8+ and Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra). I usually get the "Something went wrong, could not calculate route" error however today on the S21 it completely crashed and when I opened it again it asked me to sign in to my account. The only problem was I was in an area with no network access so obviously I couldn't sign in. Surely I'm not the only one with these issues, 3 different devices???
BTW, the online route planning is great, I have absolutely no complaints there.

Do you have an account for the navigation part (Navigation Next) of the app? Gold membership is voor routeplanning.

If you have an account for Navigation Next, did you download the maps of the regions your route is going through?

@Neil-Parker, if you have no internet connection, you need at least to have maps downloaded AND the "offline navigation" toggle in the settings needs to be enabled.

@Rob-Verhoeff Hi Rob, thanks for your reply. I believe that the navigation is available as a gold member. Yes, I do have the route and offline map downloaded.
BTW....nice bike!! (the K1600GT).

@Con-Hennekens Hi Con, thanks for taking time to reply. I believe that you have the answer! I did not have the "offline navigation" toggle set and now with my Galaxy Ultra S21 it seems to be working.......thank you so much!!!!!
I'm a little puzzled why support didn't suggest this but whatever.

@Neil-Parker Navigation is not available with a Gold subscription. You need the Navigation subscription which is separate.

I believe you don't have turn-by-turn navigation and downloadable maps without a Navigation Next subscription, so I guess you have a new Navigtion Next subscription, or you still have the Navigation (previous-app) subscription. In that way you have!
Or, you are in your 14-day trial period?Wat does your account-page in the app or in Routelab says?

@Rob-Verhoeff It shows that I have both and the turn by turn navigation along with downloadable maps are working.
