Lane assistance incorrect UK

I noticed earlier that when I approached a roundabout on the route and was turning left , the lane assistance came up and the yellow highlighted lane was the right hand lane instead of left lane. Not sure if it thinks I was going around the roundabout anti clockwise like most of the eu or if it though I was on right side of the road instead of left in the uk ? Just wanted to point this out as it could be a little confusing in cities etc . I will try and get a screenshot tomorrow to follow up .

@Ian-foster-0 looking forward to the screenshot! Lane instructions can indeed be wrong / unclear sometimes. They might be already indicating a manoeuvre in the near future (after the on you are on now).
We are planning on improving this!

@Corjan-Meijerink morning see picture of example . Below is a different example of the same roundabout but turning right and the lane display telling me to go in left hand lane . Seems a problem roundabout maybe as I’ve tested a fair few on the way to work but most seem to be fine. Sorry I don’t know how to add a pic

That instruction is definitely wrong in the U.K. Here you go in the right hand lane when approaching a roundabout if the exit you are taking is past the 12 o’clock position, unless signposted otherwise.

@Dae-0 I think it is telling us that it’s left off the roundabout (5th exit) instead of what I thought it was , I.e what lane to be in approaching the roundabout , hopefully someone can confirm that ?

That’s how I understand it - lane guidance.
It doesn’t make sense that it’s telling you to turn left to exit the roundabout as that’s the only way to exit one. Any other choice would have you going round the roundabout forever.
If it isn’t lane guidance then it needs making much clearer what it’s actually telling you to do. All other nav software I’ve seen use this iconography to tell you which lane to get into, and displaying it the same but meaning something different is not wise
