@timo-martosatiman-mra

@mark-hamilton-0
Works now must have been an Apple delay. -

I'm going on vacation and I've created an event for that.
Do you know how many clicks it takes to get to the event? And do you know how long you have to search to find out where an event or group can be found?
Would it be an idea to create a tile on the homepage that leads to the route lab? -
@jack-van-tilburg Hi Jack,
Thank you for your response. We're trying to establish a clearer border between our app and the website, to avoid confusion. That said, it might be a good idea to add a "Go to web" or "Routelab" button on the homepage in the intermediate phase where there will be some discrepancy between our app and the website.

Looks good,
However on my iPad Pro the scale of the map initially showing the Track is way too small in both orientations.
I will create a support ticket.

Which map is the default or best map to use when creating new routes for use in the new mobile app? The previous mobile app used the HERE map, is that still the same?
-
@steve-lynch
Hi Steve,Thank you for your feedback. We'll resolve this.
-
MRA Mobile uses routing by OpenStreetMap. As such, designing routes works best with OpenStreetMap.

As far as I can see POI's and favourites are missing from the new nav App, has anyone found them yet? -
@timo-martosatiman-mra Thank You
-
@andy-1l The new MRA Mobile app is primarily a tool for tracking and adding photos. It also has a simple follow the line navigation feature. If you want to edit a route or add POIs got to your online MRA account via a browser.

@timo-martosatiman-mra
With this new Update one cannot export routes anymore! I hope this function will come back!
-
I can't log in to the new app, works everywhere else. Even tried to reset password but did not get an email. But as I can log in everywhere else (ipad still has old app and PC) the log in information is not the culprit.
-
The only way I've found to get to Route Lab so I can then edit routes etc is via My Profile. Am I missing something? This is a key page and it seems odd for it not to be at the front. The new front page I'll never use so to be honest it's all a bit of a pain to me.
-
The quickest workaround for accessing routes Iâve found in the new app is:
- Click - new route
- Cancel the new route pop up box
Then you are in route lab
-
By the way you need todays update for the app or you might have to log in to the web portal. New revision stops that.
-
@hÄkan-pettersson-0 Update: New app can't handle atleast the "&" sign in passwords, could be more, so if you have problems logging in try changing passwords. "!" works atleast
Edit: it's now fixed so should be working in 15minutes

The new phone app seems like a backward step to me. I've sussed how to send to Zumo via Smartlink but much less smooth than before. I'm not even sure of the purpose of opening a route on the main app page as you can't do anything with it....or can you?

I'm not even sure of the purpose of opening a route on the main app page as you can't do anything with it....or can you?When you open a route you can then double click the navigation arrow (bottom right) to use the simple follow the line navigation option.
