Same here, Samsung S24 Ultra and Mazda CX30 2024. When it works, it almost never do, only small rectangle in the upper left corner with minimal information, I experience a very high battery consumption. MyRoute app is useless in the car with Android Auto.

@Karen-Sturzenacker I can't reproduce it in any way. CarPlay always starts with the app I had last active. I do have my phone connected to CarPlay via a wired connection. I'm not sure if that makes any difference...

@Rob-Smith Hey Rob. There's a new forum section this week for Android Auto and CarPlay. Probably worth sticking the post in there. I'm struggling with AA myself, and often wonder if I'm the only person experiencing some of the issues - maybe it's AA and not CarPlay, or maybe it's related to driving on the left etc. etc. If you want to message me directly I'm happy to "compare notes" and see if either of us have found a workaround or simply don't experience the same issues.

@Rob-Verhoeff You may even BE the Devil himself I understand what you're saying but when i want to ride, i put everything in my tankbag and want to ride. It's then when i want to start my route. Same as pauze/ending. It's easier that way for me. Well, i guess i have to wait for this "simple" existing feature to appear in the CarPlay app as well.....

@Corjan-Meijerink Thanks Corjan. I have seen some CarPlay screenshots and the instruction box looks to be complete, so I don't know if this is an AA issue, or to do with the fact that I'm in the UK so ride on the left...

@Corjan-Meijerink thank you for your reply and for giving the matter some thought. To be honest, I think it is just different displays but CHIGEE did get back to me and the matter is with their technical team for a possible contrast setting downstream. Nonetheless, I think my ask would be for a map colour option that is either customisable (like Scenic) or a more vibrant set of colours with contrast. The Dart setting is a little too similar across the palette although I quite like Wong (except the minor roads). Great work with this last update though.

Ik gebruik MRA om routes te maken voor onze leden van de motorclub. Dat gaat geweldig goed. Afgelopen vakantie routes gepland naar en door Italië en gereden met CarPlay. Ook dat ging zeer goed. Elke update is weer een verbetering van de software.

@Albert-van-den-Elsen optie b kan al! Gewoon even via de instellingen in CP (tandwieltje in menu tijdens navigatie) wisselen tussen eind, via of vorming. Optie a willen we zeker nog iets mee!

@André-1 "Gold" is alleen voor de planner, dus als je wilt gaan navigeren, heb je daar inderdaad een apart abonnement voor nodig.
