@Edgar-Uhl I struggled a bit with the question. Offline navigation to a favorite is only possible if you choose the shortest route (green frame/arrow). For this, the Here map is used. Once you select one of the three scenic routes (red frame), the app switches to the OSM map, and you will need an active internet connection to calculate the route. Once the route is calculated, you could switch to offline mode. I have no idea what happens if you deviate from the route at a certain point. Would you need an active internet connection again? @Scimmy, those symbols are like a layer on the HERE map. Here provides no means of sizing them (yet).
